1891 Census age 32, born Newcastle; age 30, living at 71 Sandyford Road when married;
1901 Census, listed as Anabel Davison, age 43, living at 1 Douglas Terrace in Wstgate, ocupation: licensed vitualler, head of family with daughter Doris, age 11 and five Atkinson Children (cousins) of Annabel's living in home;
Death record, age 73; buried in Jesmond Cemetery, Ward 8, Section 4c, Grave # 4; beside husband, son and mother-in-law

Diana Clare Woodhouse Spens

Worked at Linwood Factory where Berndmores were making naval guns. After the
war, Diana and Mary were both medical secretaries at the Veteran Infirmary in
Glasgow (Diana was on the pathological unit and Mary was on the medical and
surgical wards. Later Mary was in private practice.) Neither sister married.
Diana "spent the last thirty years--up to 1982--in a chartered accountants'
office--boring."
